REQUIREMENTS & REGISTRATION:
Membership Requirements: Artists must be current Grantham Tennis Club members or belong to a club that uses Grantham Tennis Club facilities. Artists can be young or old.
The exhibition is to be a celebration, there will be no judgement of ‘what is art’ by GTC. Let it be shown and let us celebrate.
Registration There is a £5 Registration Fee per piece of art – this is to be paid on registration. Registration will not be taken without payment.
No time to procrastinate as whether you should or shouldn’t – just decide and do it - Registration must be completed by Sunday 12th May.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES:
Media: Oil, acrylic, watercolour, mixed-media, graphics, drawing or photography
Number of Works: Each artist may enter up to 3 works, where space allows.
Size: No larger than 1m by 1m (unless agreed by GTC prior to event)
- Works must be Framed
- Works must have hanging wire and be ready to install.
- No wet paintings or work requiring special installation or handling will be accepted.
Grantham Tennis Club reserves the right to refuse any work that does not conform to these specifications. By signing the registration card, you are agreeing to these terms.
PRICING AND REGULATIONS:
Labels: Please Affix white identification labels to your work before you deliver to Grantham Tennis Club. You must indicate selling price of work or NFS (Not for Sale) Carefully attach one lightly to the front and one firmly to the back. Please put Artist name, age if 18&U, name of the piece, medium and £retail / NFS
Insurance: Grantham Tennis Club cannot insure work, or be responsible for loss or damage. You may want to retain your own insurance.
Transport: All registered work must be brought to Grantham Tennis Club during the appropriate Drop Off period - You must arrange to deliver your work to and pick your work up from Grantham Tennis Club.
Drop Off: Artwork must be dropped off on Sunday May 12th between 9am and 10am - Artwork will not be accepted before or after these dates.
All artwork will be hung by Blue Owl Art on Sunday May 12th
Artwork must be unpacked prior to drop off; no packing material will be accepted or held by Grantham Tennis Club.
Pick Up: Artwork must be picked up on June 22nd / 23rd June between 10am – 4pm.
Grantham Tennis Club is unable to store or hold any work for any time, and will not be responsible for any loss or damage after 23rd June
