Thomas supports the club in many ways, both on and off the court.
He is one of several members who have played their part in kickstarting the Monday evening social tennis sessions, which has undoubtedly played a part in his game's improvement.
He entered several Club Championships events and took home the Parent and Mini Mini Child title with his son Jaxon, a player in our 10U Performance Programme.
In the Parent and Child event, he partnered with his eldest son Taylor and made the final.
In the Men's Singles, Thomas played in the match of the tournament, making the quarter-final stage with a marathon 6-7, 6-1, 10-5 victory.
He finished as runner-up in August's men's doubles tournament by a single point.
Outside of competing, he is regularly on court, hitting with other club members or his family.
With both of his boys representing GTC's mini and junior sides, he has done a great job in helping to organise matches whenever they have played at home.
