A great day was had by all the players this afternoon with some competitive games and quality tennis on all sides.

A close to capacity crowd :) turned up and enjoyed watching the tennis and catching up over a drink afterwards.

Rus and Phil Cuff managed to get the better of David Bratt and Andy Howell who didn't quite manage to take it to three sets. Really enjoyable and well-fought match ending 6-1, 7-5.

Helen and Ivor achieved a convincing win over Gary & Carol Brant in the Mixed, winning 6-0, 6-0. A score that perhaps didn't fully represent the game and quality rallies which I observed.

Congratulations to all the players for making it to the final and well done to the winners.
