Our club was full of sporting christmas cheer on saturday as we held our festive junior tournaments.

Badminton had 10 juniors compete in a round robin. It was lovely to see  some of our youngest players working hard to achieve a personal best score against some of our stronger players. Well done to Warren Yen our worthy winner. A prize for the best attitude of the day going to Lois Oxtoby.

Table tennis also had 10 enties, all boys! So competition was fierce. George also had the boys playing with different size balls....to keep them all on their toes. The winner was Sam Kelly, well done.

Tennis saw the under 14's play out doors and the under 9's indoors. Winners under 14's Louisa Ibberson, under 9's Toby Weiland.Well done to all who played.  

All players recieved a bag of sweets and a home made cake around the christmas tree after, not to mention a quick photo opportunity!

It was great to meet so many lovely families from right across the club and enjoy a glass of mulled wine & a mince pie throughtout the afternoon at the bar.
