Over “45” Pembrokeshire Veterans Tennis Tournament

All residents of Pembrokeshire WELCOME

Venue: Haverfordwest Lawn Tennis Club

Start: Wednesday 12th September 2018

Finals Day: Sunday 16th September 2018

Entry Fee: £10.00 per person (for all 3 events)

All matches to be played over 3 sets, the first two sets being a tie-break at 6 games all (first to 7 by 2 clear points). A championship tie-break will replace the third set (first to 10 by 2 clear points)

All entries much reach Richard Davies, Old Orchard, Winch Lane, Haverfordwest, SA61 1RS by Tuesday 4th September

The entry fee is inclusive of a 2-course fork supper to take place in the club house upon the conclusion of all finals day matches

Appropriate footwear and sports clothing must be worn

Players will be notified of their first round match by e-mail or text

Finals Day play will commence at MIDDAY on Courts 3 & 4 (weather permitting)

Prizes will be awarded to all winners and runners-up

Tennis courts kindly provided by the members of Haverfordwest LTC

The tournament is a non-profit making event

In all matters of dispute the decision of the referee will be final
