For children aged 12yrs-18yrs old that have developed their skills and can now play on a full tennis court with low compression green balls and or yellow adult balls. The emphasis is on improving basic swing shapes for all major strokes whilst introducing movement exercises, basic rules, techniques and tactics of the game.
