Notes from the coach
For children aged 8yrs-12yrs old that have developed their skills and can now play on a larger full size court with mini orange, green and adult balls. The emphasis is on improving basic swing shapes for all major strokes whilst introducing movement exercises, basic rules, techniques and tactics of the game.
