Our Introduction to Padel Sessions are designed to introduce new players to padel in a structured, supportive group environment.
Led by one of our qualified coaches, these sessions focus on learning the fundamentals of the game, including technique, movement, scoring and court positioning.
Ideal for:
- Players new to padel or still learning the fundamentals
- Those attending on their own and looking for a welcoming session
- Anyone looking to build confidence and core skills before playing socially or competitvely
