Booking information for visitors to Ilmington Multi Sports Facility
PLEASE BOOK AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO ALLOW OUR BOOKINGS OFFICER TIME TO RESPOND
If you have any questions please contact our Bookings Officer below, but please be patient as all our committee members and officers are volunteers and may not be able to respond immediately.
IMPORTANT - It is a club rule that all players must be listed in the online booking slot; if all players are not included in your online booking a member of the committee may contact you or visit the court during play.
If you are visiting the area or would like to try out the courts before joining Ilmington Tennis Club you can now book and pay online for a 1 hour slot.
The cost is £10 for up to four players to play for an hour.
You will first need to register your details by clicking 'register' at the top right corner of your screen.
Once notification of your payment is received we will send you the entry code and rules for court use.

We ask that all those using the courts please read the latest guidance from LTA and act with utmost diligence to ensure the continued safety of all club members and visitors.
Light Tokens will be required when floodlights are used and these can be purchased from The Howard Arms Inn, Ilmington. They cost £5.00 (1st March 2022) each and last for an hour. There is a meter box on the side of the clubhouse which is accessible with a code. A warning light on the clubhouse pillar will come on after 55 minutes indicating there is 5 minutes of light time remaining (white for court 1, red for court 2).
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TOKENS BEFORE BOOKING A COURT
Pub staff will provide you with the code for the light box when you purchase your token.
