Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
Please bring your own drink for throughout the session and be dressed ready to run around. If you have your own wearable device to measure heart rate , feel free to wear it during the session. Rackets can be provided from the clubhouse. Please book your place at least 24 hours prior to the lesson, in order for us to monitor numbers in case of cancellations and bad weather.
