JUNIOR COACHING SESSIONS BOOKED AT BOTTOM OF PAGE

Based at West End Lawn Tennis Club in Dundee, we offer both indiviual and group coaching sessions tailored to suit all ages and abilities.

Junior Group Coaching:

Group sessions are split by age group and stage of tennis development, and run during school term time. 

Our sessions are based around fun, high energy skill based games with enthusiasm from the coaches enhancing the session. Kids will develop hand eye coordiniation, different movements and racket skills all together built into the perfect tennis lesson.

Mondays (Dawson Park)

7.00-8.30pm Yellow Ball (ages 12-18)

Tuesdays

3.45 - 4.30pm Tots (ages 3-5)

4.30-5.30pm Red 1 (ages 5 - 9), Red 2 (ages 5-9) and Orange ball (ages 7 - 11)

5.30 - 6.30 Red ball (ages 5 - 9) and Yellow ball (ages 10 - 18)

Wednesdays

4.30 - 5.30pm Green ball (ages 9 - 12)

5.30-6.30pm Red/Orange ball (ages 7-11)

Fridays (Dawson Park)

6.00-7.00pm Red/Orange Ball (ages 6-9)

7.00-8.00 Green/ Yellow Ball (ages 9-13)

Saturdays 

9.00 - 9.45am Tots (ages 3-5)

9.00 - 10.00am Red ball (ages 5 - 9)

10.00 - 11.00 Orange ball (ages 7 - 11)

11.00 - 12.00 Green ball (ages 9 - 12)

12.00 - 1.00pm Yellow ball (ages 10 - 18)

1.00-2.00pm Red Ball Development (Invitation)

Junior Individual Lessons:

Individual lessons are the perfect compliment to group coaching, whether you are just picking up a racket or looking to fine tune your game our group of high quality coaches can offer you exactly what you are looking for. Through a range of skill based games we will develop the technical aspects required to improve your game. When the time is right we will look to develop the tactical aspects along with the technical elements to make you the complete player.
