Notes from the coach

Junior Development Tennis is a course aimed at teaching teenagers how to learn and enjoy playing tennis together using a range of key exercises and drills that are easy to understand and help develop skills quickly. The course covers teaching the basic strokes such as forehands, backhands, volleys and serve. It also allows players to play team games and in scoring situations that help players build confidence and interact with other players in the class.
