What can you expect?
A fun and social group coaching course which helps adult beginners to get into tennis. Tennis Xpress teaches the foundations of the game so that by the end of the six week course you will be able to enjoy fun matches with friends, family or other people that you meet.
Under the guidance of an LTA Accredited coach you will be taught new skills and shown how to serve, rally and score. By using a variety of ball types and court sizes the game will be made easy and fun, enabling you to gain confidence and enjoy mastering the basics.
Notes from the coach
WPTA Tennis Express course is a 6 week subsidised course for adult beginners or players with limited tennis experience. The course delivers a weekly class of important basic lessons to help you understand how to play tennis and get into the game. Our courses are delivered by highly qualified and experienced coaches who will help you enjoy learning the key skills at your own speed alongside other like minded players. The course will help you build confidence, get active and build up your love for playing tennis! Rackets can be supplied with this course if you don't own one but players need to come in sportswear and suitable footwear for safety reasons.
