One hour group coaching sessions led by our experienced Head Coach Graeme Livingstone. 

Terms & Conditions: Sessions are booked in 5-week blocs. Please ensure that you are able to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit from our coaching. Note that missed sessions (for non-medical reasons) are non refundable. If you anticipate being unable to attend a session, please contact us atleast 24-hours in advance. We will do our best to acommodate you in another group that week, subject to availability.
