Notes from the coach
A beginners tennis course for young children with diabetes. The aim of this course is to encourage children with T1 to be active and meet other children with the condition. The course is being taught by coaches who also have T1 and are therefore knowledgeable about the effects sport has on blood sugar. Your child will learn the basics of tennis over the 6 weeks whilst having fun and games with others.
