Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Magdalen Park Lawn Tennis Club will be held on Tuesday 21 November 2023 at 7.30pm.
A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting has the right to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
If you wish to appoint a proxy, please download the following form which also explains what you need to do to appoint a valid proxy.
