Notes from the coach
The red ball stage is for children using smaller rackets, less pressurised balls and a smaller court. They will develop and grow on their skills such as coordination, balance and speed. They will be exposed to various types of shots such as the forehand, backhand, volley and the serve and have practice of games based competition.
