Green ball stage is on a full sized court using 25% less pressure to normal playing balls. The session will focus on fine tuning and refine techniques learnt so far. More emphasis will be placed on the technical and tactical aspect of the game. The 4 primary shots learnt will be the forehand, backhand, volley and the serve.
