15 JUNE - MIXED B TEAM V IPPLEPEN (HOME)

First win of the season with Zoe and Steve winning both matches, and  Jackie and Justin winning one and losing one match for a 6-2 win.

14 JUNE - MENS A TEAM V TAVISTOCK (HOME)

Some close matches against the league leaders, but unable to win the tie-breaks mean ta 39-52 loss.

14 JUNE - MENS B TEAM V ST BUDEAUX (HOME)

An easy night for the team losing only 5 games in 4 matches for a 72-5 win.

13 JUNE - MIXED A TEAM V KINGSBRIDGE (HOME)

A SDSTL cup match played in perfect weather.  Gill D and Yuen, Joe and Gill W fought a well contested match, helped by a home crowd, to win 6-2 to qualify for the next round.

8 JUNE - MIXED B TEAM V THURLESTONE (HOME)

Steve & Zoe lost two close tie-break sets against the visitor’s first pair, but beat the second pair.  Steve & Liz had a tough night losing both their matches. Overall result 2-6.

6 JUNE – MEN’S A V SALTASH A (AWAY)

A good win away, on a slightly slippery surface

7 JUNE – MEN’S B V DEVONSHIRE B (HOME)

The B team played through a constant deluge that made the courts decidedly slippery; too much for the supporters club who retired to the pub!  League leaders who would have been difficult to beat on a dry surface.  No casualties reported this year! LOST 29-65
