Notes from the coach
This is a fitness specific squad at Oxford Sports for 12 years -18 years. This squad will improve the physical capabilities of all players through a tennis specific strength and conditioning programme. Participants will look at varying training systems and principles of fitness to broaden their knowledge and understanding of fitness/physical conditioning. The Oxford Sports Fitness Squads will run in the Autumn Term for 14 weeks. (No Session during the Half Term Break - Tuesday 24th October 2023). This session is taken by a coach who is a fully qualified gym instructor and personal trainer, with qualifications in nutrition.
