Member volunteers used their interior design expertise to refurbish the kitchen and changing room areas of the clubhouse.

The refurbishment group included members: Jill Ingham, Janette Buckley, Margaret Bottomley and Tracy Saunders.

Margaret Bottomley, Chair, said: 'The floor coverings are now down in the kitchen, changing rooms and toilets and the clubhouse revamp has been completed bar some minor touches. Thanks to all members who have helped but in particular we have Janette Buckley to thank for being the driving force, organiser and chief work horse. I hope everyone agrees it looks fantastic.'

Bob, Jill Ingham’s husband, deserves thanks for papering and patching walls ready for painting, which led to a significant decrease in the workload for member volunteers.
