Dear Member,

In line with government directives and resultant LTA guidelines, it’s clear the clubhouse needs to be closed to members and the code on the padlock has been changed in order to do this.

I think it’s also responsible to have no further organised working parties.

As far as closing or not closing the courts go, I don't believe we need to make a decision yet, as the courts are not ready to open.  There may be changes over the next few days that take the decision out of our hands, however, I am hoping our members will be able to use the courts in the not too distant future.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank members for the fantastic response to the call for help this last week. We have had an unprecedented level of support.

8 members attended today’s working party, rolling the cemetery court, topdressing the shed side court and cleaning the clubhouse, making a grand total of 66 member visits to our working parties this year.

We will keep you updated on the current state of play via email, Facebook, WhatsApp and, of course, by posting on the website.
