The last of the indoor ladies sessions took place last Thursday.  Twelve ladies benefitted from the sessions funded by a Magic Little Grant.  Quotes from those who took part:

'It was good to do something active in the dark months; great exercise and such a nice group of people.  They didn't seem to mind I was a complete beginner'

The sessions continue outdoors, at the club from 9.30-11.00 every Thursdays, starting from 2nd May.  Just turn up!  Tea and cake afterwards!
