Alison, James, Chris and Felicity wandered over the hills to Marsden Tennis Club for the first Spring League match, claiming an 8-0 victory.

It was Alison's birthday, and the weather was glorious. Shorts and sun cream were the order of the day. Park's players managed to brush off the winter cobwebs after the first few games, battling for their first set, but all came through to play well for a nice day of tennis.

After the match, the team headed to the Riverhead Brewery in Marsden to enjoy a well-earned, cool beer by the stream and celebrate a great result on a special day for birthday girl Alison Hunter.
