Margaret Bottomley has been a prominent figure in sports news since the 1980s. Building on this longstanding presence, Margaret is well known for being a top tennis player from the start (Brighouse Echo, 1992). She remains on a mission today: after her latest victory in the Ladies' Doubles A Team, she continues to help defend Park's top position in Calderdale Lawn Tennis League Trophy Competitions.

This passion for tennis runs in the family. Margaret’s daughter, Louise Evans, is blazing her own trail in the tennis world.
