The club has received 11 pairs of tickets for this years Wimbledon Championships, see details below. This allocation was based on the number of our members (aged over 8 years old) who were British Tennis Members (BTMs), linked to Portcullis Tennis Club and who opted into the Wimbledon Ballot via the LTA website by February 17th 2017.
As such, only members who meet the above criteria are eligible for this years ballot. ADDITIONALLY YOU NEED TO HAVE PAID YOUR PORTCULLIS MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR THE YEAR 2017-18. IF YOU HAVEN'T JOINED BY 30TH APRIL YOUR NAME WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAW.
The club will be running the ballot at the club house on Thursday evening 4th May at 6.45pm. You DON'T have to attend, you will still be allocated a pair of tickets if your name comes out of the hat and you aren't present.
Once your name is pulled from the hat, you can choose which pair of tickets you want from the list of tickets still available. If you (or your proxy) are not present you will be allocated 'next best available', assuming the higher the face value the better the ticket. If you can't be present and you know that there are certain tickets you won't accept (eg if you are on holiday), it would be helpful if you could ask someone to make an informed choice on your behalf?
If you are allocated a ticket, we will inform the LTA who will contact you via email to organise payment. You need to accept and pay for the tickets within 14 days, otherwise the tickets will be returned to the ballot automatically and reallocated.
