This is an  outdoor short tennis session for seniors  using red balls. Those with Dementia are warmly welcomed and this class is open to everyone. Carers are also welcome to participate in the class but they must book on a participant. There is a short warm up which can be done seated or standing and then a very relaxed class where players can drop in and out of the activities as they wish and sit and chat when they are not playing. We use mini-rackets and slower red balls.
