ClubSpark / LTA account merge help!

 

Clubspark Login Migration to LTA

Your Ramsbury Tennis Club Clubspark login is being migrated to a single LTA login. This means everyone will need to "merge" their clubspark login with their LTA account (and perhaps create an LTA login if you do not already have one).

You will only be able to login into ClubSpark with your current email and password combination for a couple of times before you will have to go through the merge procedure.

Lots of you will probably already have an LTA account, either an Advantage account or from applying for the Wimbledon Ballot. And more than likely forgotten either your username, password or both!

We suggest that before starting the merger process you first go to the LTA website (www. lta.org.uk ) or The Official Home of Tennis For Britain | LTA and try a sign in there.

If you have forgotten your user name, click that button first. Your user name should be sent to you within 10 minutes or so. Then try another sign in with that user name and click the forgotten password button.

If you have those LTA account details, it should make going through the merge process easier when you next try to log in to your ClubSpark account.

This procedure should be able to be done in a few minutes if you follow the on screen prompts.

If your merge has been successful, please log out and wait a short while for the merge to become active before trying to book a court via the Ramsbury Tennis ClubSpark website.
