The story of Court No 4 drags on.  Moray Council Estates dept has passed the the matter onto the council's legal department to sort out the lease. We have had to hire a solicitor to act on our behalf -  Allan Black & McCaskie.

The planners don't seem to have a problem although they have flagged up a potential hitch. Sport Scotland might complain about the loss of the goal posts. There is ample space in the park to have them relocated. So, hopefully they'll see sense.
