Committee agreed an action plan to comply with new LTA standards coming soon:
- Update Child Protection Policy - Rupert
- Update Diversity and Inclusion Policy - Rupert
- Notices and publicity re Welfare Officer - Rupert
- Update Criminal Records Checks and Club Records for key roles - Rupert & Lucy
- Update Risk Assessment to LTA standard (pro-forma) - Stuart
Agreed to create a new members introduction process covering:
- Facilities
- Rules, Policies, Guidance
- Safety, 1st Aid
- Safeguarding & Welfare
- Team and Club sessions
- Social sessions
- Committee contacts
- Web site and information
- Coaching

Health & Safety
Accident Book has gone missing. A replacement is needed.

Agreed to seek funding to support Juniors from local businesses.

Sporadic attendance discussed.

Decisions on proposal(s) (as per AGM) are pending discussion with Conservators.
Note: 100 Club money has yet to be spent on a new refrigerator and hob.
