Pilates for tennis

Club member and physiotherapist Laura Oxley has shared her video, "Pilates for tennis" with us.

She has selected five key exercises which target the elements required by tennis players to avoid injury and improve performance - balance, lower limb strength, trunk rotational strength and flexibility, shoulder stability etc.

Just because lock-down means you can't get on to a tennis court, you can still keep in shape and be ready for when we can see you on court.
