New Head Coach for Salisbury Lawn Tennis Club

The Management Committee of Salisbury LTC is delighted to announce the appointment of Rory Smith as the new Head Coach at the Club located on Old Blandford Road in Harnham.

Rory lives locally and is has been a member of the Club since he was a youngster.  He is currently Director of Tennis and Head Coach at Warminster School and plays for Wiltshire County.  As a Junior he won every Wiltshire County Singles Championship from under 10 through to Men’s.

Rory said: “I am delighted to be joining the Club as Head Coach and helping it maintain and build upon its reputation as one of the top performance clubs in Wiltshire.”

Rory will be joined by June Keen, who has coached at the Club before and will add strength and depth to the Coaching Team. June is an experienced Level 4 Coach and is also a Wiltshire County player

The Committee is confident that Rory will be a great asset and ambassador for the Club and looks forward to him starting coaching in the Autumn. He will be running Junior and Adult Groups as well as Individual Lessons.
