SMART Goal Setting

With your coach (and parents) set some goals for the next month, term or season and try and improve each area of your game. Be positive and work out your strengths and work our your weakness’s / areas to improve.

Defend e.g. deeper defensive shots


Rally e.g. improve on hitting the ball higher for more depth


Attack e.g. take more risks on short balls


Serving e.g. Consistency on 1st serve



Returning e.g. build on the second serve









Physical improve e.g. footwoork with skipping twice a week
