Notes from the coach
Kids will improve their balance, agility and co-ordination through fun games while learning how to play the sport we love. At this stage it’s not about winning or losing, it’s getting to grips with the basics. They will do a lot of floor tennis, throwing, catching and other hand and eye coodination skills!
The kids will use foam balls, beach balls, mini reds balls and mini racquets.
