All agreed it was a fantastic night at High Rocks, celebrating the club's 100th Anniversary with the Jersey Guys. We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and canapes in the bar area before finding our tables, all named after British tennis stars. The 3-course meal was good, all professionally served by High Rocks staff, with interludes for speeches, introduced by our Chairman Laura Collins, looking glamorous as usual. LTA representive John Ratcliff gave an inspiring speech about St John's Tennis Club including its historical background and recent achievements. Bob Collins was in good form and had everyone laughing. A good time was had by all, as evidenced by the following comments and great photos (mainly courtesy of Kelvin Paterson). A huge thank you to all those involved in organising this memorable event.
