Tennis Club member Ian Goldsworthy organised two pétanque coaching lessons at the club led by Jeff Mitchell current England Veteran Triples Champion.

16 members took part learning the nuances of the game - the intention was to develop on the interest shown in the spring. This is a great asset for our club and all members are welcome to make use the "piste". You will need to bring along your own boules.

Everyone seemed to have an enjoyable time and there were some quite tight situations requiring official measuring!!
