What a huge success the mixed generation tournament on 30th June turned out to be - it was well and truly mixed… with juniors, parents, grandparents and members all playing together.

The event was a brilliant idea from Steve Jarrett and his team of coaches who ran cardio tennis sessions for most of the afternoon, held on two courts and for all ages. The atmosphere was great with a really fun, friendly atmosphere. 

The weather was fabulous, tables were set up on the terrace, and the BBQ was very popular with all generations - with sausages and fried onions in rolls, and delicious slow-cooked beef in brioches with salad and pickles.

This tournament was such a success that we hope it will become a regular feature, not just once a year. So, don’t miss out on the fun, watch the events calendar for the next mixed generation tournament and do join in.
