A lovely afternooon in the Spring sunshine saw 4 mixed teams of 4 people in competiton to warm up for the upcoming league season 

2 teams were randomly drawn against each other and played 2 mixed,  and mens and ladies rubbers of 5 games - 30 games in total.

The  2 teams with the most games  faced off in the final, with a third/forth place play off.

The finals and play offs were a repeat format - another 30 games per team. 

With a good number of onlookers, Caroline provided food for everyone  - as well as being in the winning team!

Overall results

1st: Simon, Mike B, Sue D and Caroline 

2nd: Steve, Jill, Alison and Eddie

3rd: Arnie, Jeff, Sylvia and Nicky

4th: Tony, Colin, Amar and Cindy 

Jill and Mike won the top indicidual points scorere awards, . Eddie won the most entertaining player,  and Mike B won the best sportsmanship award!!
