Work starts on installing new LED floodlighting across all 3 courts on 10th May, giving members a significantly better playing experience throughout the year.

Replacing the legacy floodlights with modern high brightness lighting with less spillage and higher energy efficiency represents a major investment from the club, and a long term commitment to upgrading the facilities at the club.

The mid court posts will go completely, with 8 new corner posts hosting the LED clusters. 

With all 3 courts illuminated, SMTC can open up a wider range of club and community based activities. 

Work is expected to be completed on Friday 14th, and we will be organizing an official opening ceremony sometime thereafter - so watch this space!
