Dear Members,

As we draw to the end of a busy summer of tennis we would like to provide an update on the Club’s winter program.

Closing tournament 
Please come and join us in our closing tournament which will be held on Sunday 19 September at 14.00-16.00. A friendly afternoon of tennis to look forward to. There is no need to book your place in this tournament but please arrive at 13.50 so that play can be organised.   

Club Mix-Ins
The winter timetable beginning on 22 September is:
Wednesday 10:30-12:30 (Bash)
Sunday 14:00-16:00 (self organised)

Annual General Meeting
We will be holding our usual evening AGM meeting this year on 23 November. More details will be circulated nearer the time.

Mince Pies and Mayhem
A reminder that we plan to hold this event on Sunday 5th December so make a note of the date. More details will follow nearer the time.

Defibrillator 
The Committee has purchased a defibrillator which is now installed in a cabinet by the doors near the outside toilet. The cabinet is secured with a combination lock which is accessible with the same code as the other locks at the club.

As we approach winter, we would like to remind members to continue to be careful when on court of potential slippery surfaces and other hazards.
