NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 
This is to give notice that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the club will be held on Monday February 27th 2023 at 7.00 p.m at the Clubhouse.

 The agenda for the meeting will follow in the next few weeks

A copy of the club accounts will be available to members prior to the AGM. 

Howard Jones, Director, is up for reelection, in addition if any other Members are interested in taking up the role of Director, please can you advise me by email no later than Monday 13th February and your name will go forward to the Members

Candidates must be full members of the club for at least two years and be willing to stand and be nominated by two full members of the club 
Members wishing to have any matter discussed at the meeting must send the secretary written notification by Monday 13th February 2023 so that it might be included in the agenda as a specific item
