Tai Chi

 Monday afternoon's from 2pm-3pm, recommencing on Monday 2nd September 2019, everyone is welcome.

Tai Chi can improve flexibility, balance, strength, concentration and coordination.

The slow stretching movements can be effective with symptoms of osteoporosis and arthritis or just a fun way to keep moving and active.
