Notes from the coach
This is fun fitness tennis session for children who can play orange ball and above. It will get children fit while also I improving their tennis without them knowing, Its great fun and will have positive physical and mental health benefits. Its for complete beginnings upwards and event if you don't have racket you can borrow one.
