Our Beginner coaching gives adults the chance to experience tennis in a relaxed and encouraging environment. You’ll work on basic tennis skills, including forehand, backhand, serve, and movement, while developing coordination and understanding of the game.
Sessions balance technical learning with fun drills and social play, making it easy to progress without pressure. You’ll gain confidence, enjoy new challenges, and start building a love for the sport.
