Our adult programmes incclude a range of options:
- Tennis Xpress - a 6 week short course for starters and returners. These typically run in the Spring / Summer months and use low compression balls to build confidence and rally tecnique, with all participants signposted into social club activities at the end oc the course
- Cardio Tennis - bounce to the beat with a tennis-themed fitness session to music. You'll hit lots of balls and playing standard doesnt matter!
- Club Squads - Doubles themed sessions to give regular training and improvement drills to club players
- Team Training - pre-season blocks for our club sides.
