The Tennis Hub Summer Term Time program came to an end last week after 12 weeks of great participation across all age groups.

In total 106 junior players took part, from pre-school - Year 10. One of the big successes was the Saturday morning tennis, with the year 1 age group partaking in a mini red tennis class, whilst some of their parents took part in a tennis express group. Another success during the term was the introduction of competition to a number of the players, many of whom took part in their very first tournament during half term. We will be looking to set up some regular matchplays come September, in order to provide more competitive opportunities.

We hope to continue to build on the improvements made by all the players this term when the new school year resumes in September.
