What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
Due to the popularity of the 4pm Red Ball class, we are adding in an extra course starting at 5pm on Tuesdays. This Mini Red course is for all players aged 5 to 8 years from Beginner to Advanced. All players will learn the ABC's (Agility, Balance and Co-ordination) required for tennis, plus each week will work on a different shot using technical and tactical drills and fun games. No class on 31st May due to half term.
