What can you expect?
At the Green stage, children enjoy playing tennis on a full size court. Coaches will help children to grow their game to play with variety and will continue to improve their tactical awareness whilst refining technique. Children will become more autonomous and accept greater responsibilities.
Notes from the coach
This class will use mini-tennis balls and smaller courts to make learning easier. The cost of lessons at Glossop allows you to attend multiple days per week in your age group. Please book the time that suits your age. We can then move players based on ability to ensure you get the best tennis. Our lessons follow a rotating 9-week scheme of work which ensures all players have fun and learn the game. Lessons run all year round with a 1-week break at the end of each 9-week block of lessons. PLEASE NOTE - Payment for tennis is monthly with some months having more lessons than others. ALL PLAYERS MUST BECOME MEMBERS OF THE CLUB AFTER A 6-WEEK TRIAL PERIOD. WE HAVE DIFFERENT OPTIONS INCLUDING ADDING TO YOUR MONTHLY COST.
