Walking Tennis is for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, returning from injury, or would just like a bit more time getting to the ball.
Walking Tennis is for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, improve their general health and well-being with light exercise. Great for socialising and meeting new people. The session will be coach led from 10am-11am, and then free play 11am-12pm. You can play as long as you would like to - you do not have to play the entire 2 hours if you do not want to!
