Groundworkers for Wetherby Padel Club have made fantastic progress this week by getting all the necessary tarmac down ready for court installation.  With four smooth court surfaces in place, the experienced court fitters can come in and start their work.  We expect to take delivery and start installation of at least one court next week.

Fencing too has progressed with the large majority of that now being erected in place.  Final bits to finish with fencing and tarmac will happen after the courts have been fitted.

The only slight mishap this week was that our big sign on the Wetherby roundabout suffered a bit of wind damage and had to temporarily be taken down.  We hope to get this back up soon as it will be a good way to let people know when we're ready to play some padel!

Once we start to see actual padel courts, up and in the flesh, the finish line for our club will be in sight.  We hope you'll come down and join us as soon as we're open.  We'll let you know when, but it isn't far off now.
